Policies

All items are shipped via UPS or USPS. Our processing time is 1-7 business days to prepare your order BEFORE shipping. After the processing time is complete, your order is shipped. Shipping takes 1-4 business days to reach you once it leaves our facility. Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with the purchase.

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

TOP TIER COLLECTION BY TIERNEY isn’t responsible for any lost items. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service or UPS and file a claim. All packages are insured by USPS/UPS. If you selected Route Protect at checkout your package is fully covered from loss, damage, or theft for the subtotal amount. You must submit your claim through Route.

TOP TIER COLLECTION BY TIERNEY does not hold responsibility for packages after they have been shipped. 

TOP TIER COLLECTION BY TIERNEY is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather delays, or any courier delays.

If items have not been received, it can be located by using the tracking number or contacting your local post office.

If your package does not successfully deliver and is sent back to Top Tier Collection by Tierney, you are responsible for additional shipping fees.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We do not offer refunds. If there are any complaints, please email us within 48 hours of receiving items. If approved for return, items must be mailed back within 48hrs after approval.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.
